Campbell’s Everyday Gourmet was a new product line with ingredients aimed at consumers with an elevated palate. When it comes to packaged soup, however, there is often a lot of apprehension. So we created a mobile, fully-functional upscale soup bar, equipped with a kitchen, bar and a living “garnish wall” with spices and herbs that visitors can garnish their soup with. After trying the soup, consumers receive a coupon to purchase one of the Everyday Gourmet soups in-store.
