The Chase Hospitality Group opened Colette Grand Café in July 2014 with the intent to celebrate the essence of French style cuisine. The creative goal was to ensure that the designer (myself) and the interior architects would work hand in hand selecting colours and textiles for the space and bring the concept to life.
