DOC was the fulfilment of a long-time passion project of creating a a café/restaurant space within a traditional shophouse structure in Singapore. The branding and interior were inspired by the industrial and organic methods used to extract coffee from a coffee bean. These industrial and organic elements were married across the café environments, from the textiles (veneer plywood, exposed steel and copper) used all the way to the quirky illustrations within the space.
