The Bay: Holiday AR
Every year The Bay’s flagship Queen St. location in Toronto transforms their street level windows into a must-visit holiday destination. The client wanted to build awareness of The Bay as a digital-first online retailer and establish them as THE place to go for all your holiday shopping needs.
To date, only people in Ontario have been able to visit the window displays, excluding the rest of Canada from the magical holiday experience. Meta had the platform and technology to bring the presence of the iconic in-store program to build connections with all Canadians.
We encouraged the client to make this a multi-touchpoint AR activation with In-Feed teaser ads that lead to the AR, as well as scannable QR codes that were available in-store, and attached to box inserts for gift orders made online.
